Nāgī-Shiro -Maiking Gods Home- /Nāgī-Shiro -かみさまのおうちを作るプロジェクト –

Chizu-cho, Tottori, Japan is a region where mountain worship still exists. Tanaka held a work shop to make “Gods Home” with kids of a forest kindergarten ”Marutanbou” which is located in the town. He drew a plan of the structure and attempted to reconstruct the “Gods Home” by the hands of the adults who live the region.

古くからの山岳信仰が残る鳥取県智頭町、そこにある森の幼稚園”まるたんぼう”の子供達に森の中で”かみさまのおうち”を題材に家をつくってもらうワークショップを行い、その構造物をもとに設計図とスケッチを書き起こし、それらの図を見ながら地域に住む大人達で大きな”かみさまのおうち”を再制作するプロジェクトを行った。
